My husband and I realize that some of our needs are mutual, such as a multivitamins and then we each have some specific needs of supplementation to balance it out. As Shaklee Distributors we of course take a good Natural Multivitamins and then he adds Healthy Heart for heart health, Omega 3 oils, Saw Palmetto and a Cellular Anti-Aging Tonic. My husband is 70 years young and in good health with the exception of mild high blood pressure.

My needs are different, not only being a woman but due to medical differences. You see I’m 59 and have mal nutrition due to a surgery, so my needs for Natural Vitamins and Supplementation are high. So I use the Multivitamins, Cellular Anti-Aging Tonic, support for improved memory, calcium compound for Osteoporosis, B-Complex, zinc and with a more than busy life; a stress compound.
