1. Breakthru Training and Coaching Series

Looking For A "Breakthru"..... In Your Marketing In Your Life?

Clyde Batton has begun recently to equate everything he is relating to the subject of creating
"breakthru" with the work of Albert Einstein.  There may not readily appear to be a connection
between learning how to blog to make money on the Internet and scientific research carried on
by the now immortal Viennese physicist of 1932......but there definitely is one which becomes
readily apparent upon closer examination. But first.....

What actually is "breakthru".......how does it happen?  Can You manage it on Your own? What is
required to have it happen? These are questions we will begin to open up and address with this
series of blog entries and discussions.

Clyde Batton..co-founder/creator of 997MakeMoneyNow and the Purple Cowboy Marketing
"Breakthru Training" Series looks forward to engaging and stimulating discussions and interactions
with like-minded individuals seeking something more than mere "change".

Change happens at the linear level by merely moving the particles of Your life around in various
combinations.  It is a rearrangement of what You already have.....not unlike putting the sofa
where Your entertainment center used to be in Your living room.  Essentially nothing is different.

Even in the realm of relationships, this can be seen to be quite evident. If You change life partners
without having experienced a change within one's self with regard to relationship.....then You
can expect to eventually recreate the same kind of relationship You just left.  It goes without
saying that this applies equally to the area of marketing and making money on the Internet.

This discussion here is not merely about how to make money online but every aspect of one's life.

True "breakthru" in Your Marketing Online or in any other area of Your life, is a completely non-
linear experience. Breakthru is always taking place on another level.....in fact......

"The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with
which we created them.".....Albert Einstein.....

in his own scientific breakthrough which resulted in the equation E=MC2 did not arrive at his
conclusion thru the use of mathematical calculation or physics and logic but thru a Quantum leap
in his Consciousness and ability to comprehend on a higher level.

What is the difference then between "change" and "breakthru".  In a nutshell...."change" happens
to You and "breakthru" happens thru You.  There is a fundamental shift that occurs which affects
everything in Your experience of life and it happens from the "inside-out".  At the quantum level.

Be sure and join in and participate with Clyde Batton in the next blog entry which will involve:
E=MC2, manifesting change at the quantum level, deep core programming and the 13 success
principles of Napoleon Hill as applied to "breakthru training".

2. Power Posting

What is Power Posting? It is a simple way to post on the internet, build backlinks, and notoriety on the web to help brand yourself and your marketing. Simply create a group of like-minded people and decide on a subject. When posting in forums use hyperlinks that relate to the group and hyperlinks that take people to your blogs and the blogs of others in the group. Often with a little communication, the entire group can go to a particular forum and begin posting on a single thread. One person can ask a question and someone else can answer it and before long you have created interest in your marketing information that others in the forum begin to comment on. This quickly to communication with others in the forum which leads to building relationships on which business can be transacted. Business is always based on a Know, Like and Trust Relationship so it helps to tune your postings to begin and solidify relationships with others in the forum so that you can begin doing business with them.

Power Posting on Blogs is simply blogging with your group of like-minded people on similar subjects and then using hyperlinks to refer to each others' blogs. Power Posting also includes using RSS feeds to increase your blogs popularity. RSS feeds help the spiders follow all of the latest information on your blog and the blogs of all the members in your group.

So, how do you form a group of like-minded people? You can do it yourself by building a website and marketing it so people will join you in your endeavor or you can join a group with similar goals. We have been building a marketing group called Purple Cowboy Marketing in which we teach you Power Posting and many other marketing tips. You may have seen us already on the web. 4. RSS Feeds

RSS is a bit confusing at first. RSS means "Real Simple Syndication" and syndication is just another word for publishing. RSS is really two separate programs, one program runs on a server, the other program runs on a client. The program on the server takes information and puts it into a pre-set protocol (written in XML) and creates a web page on which it displays the information in an XML format. XML is another mark-up language like HTML created specifically for data exchange on the web. The other program is a client side program that "unpacks" the XML page and displays it in a manner more pleasing to the eye. RSS feeds are simply a way to transmit data from one website to another in a dynamic way. By placing an RSS feed on your website created on another website, you add content to your website in a seamless way that spiders can easily read and so can people visiting your website. Spiders like lots of new content and since you can publish an RSS feed in on one website and display it on any number of websites you have an instant way of creating new content on all of the websites.

Veretekk has a method of creating an RSS feed that you update like a blog and then when you post it, you can have it show up instantly on all 42 Veretekk portals and any additional sites that you set up in the easy to update window. This is a quick way to add content to all of your websites and control it in just one place.

Putting an RSS feed onto your website is as easy as creating a hyperlink to the RSS feed source. There are a lot of buttons out on the web to choose from. To use one simply right click on the button and click on properties. In the properties popup window you will find the URL of the button. To create the link you use an anchor tag with the href pointing to your RSS feed XML page and for the display text use an image tag pointing at the button. So it would look like this ‹a href="http://URLofTheWebSite.com/RSSFeedURL.xml"›‹img src="http://URLofTheButton.com/images.gif""›‹/a"› If you are able to access the directories on you website servers you can install a program that will display the RSS feed on your website rather than just the button.

5. Business Relationships

Business is always carried out by people who know, like and trust each other. Business is not carried out by a person and a computer or a computer and a computer. So, what about Amazon? Amazon has built a know, like and trust relationship with its customers by using people to foster the relationship with the company. Amazon by itself is nothing without the people. People are willing to suspend the personal contact because Amazon has done a great job building its reputation as a company of people willing to service the needs of the customers. No "Brand" survives without "customer service" and customer service people are the people in a corporation the make the "Brand" work. So, if you want to market on the internet you need to either personally build the "know, like and trust" relationship or you need people who work for you to build the "know, like and trust" relationship. If you are like a lot of internet marketers you are working for yourself so it is you who must build the "know, like and trust" relationship.

How does one build the "know, like and trust" relationship? First and formost you must "connect" with your customers, partners or joint venture partners. One of the best ways to connect is to learn what we call "color personality technology". For thousands of years it has been known that personalities fall into four distinct groups. These group names have been the subject of many different monikers such as: sanguine, red bile, yellow bile, phlematic, caloric, thinkers, feelers, etc. to name a few.

What we found was that you will forget the various names pretty easily so the best way to describe these personalities is to use the primary colors, red, green, blue and yellow which are not only easy to remember, they are hard to forget. Then associate each personality type with a color. There are two continuums along which we can separate the personality types one is the "Direct-Indirect" continuum and the other is the "Open-SelfContained" continuum. So if we put thest two continuums at right angles we define four distinct personality types demonstrated by the following table:

The "Yellow" Personality type is described as Indirect and Open; The "Blue" personality is Direct and Open; The "Green" personality is Indirect and Self Contained; and the "Red" personality is Direct and Self-Contained. With this basic scheme we can add additional information to each personality type and create a more complete picture of each personality so that you get an idea of what the person is like who displays that personality, but better yet you can determine in advance the kinds of things that you should focus on when you talk to that person so that you can connect with them.

Yellow
Indirect
Open
Blue
Direct
Open
Green
Indirect
Self-Contained
Red
Direct
Self-Contained

For instance you when you talk to a Red personality, you focus on the money, the competition, and you must have very direct answers to questions. A Red will try to control the conversation so you may have a difficult time keeping the conversation going. A red will make you feel like you are wasting his time. You must close with a Red because they expect it.

On the other hand if you are talking to a Yellow you must focus on relationships and family, you must not focus on the money (they don't care), they don't care about competition and you should never try to "close" a yellow you will lose them.

When you are talking to a Blue you must talk about the money, you must talk about the notoriety and the fun they will have by joining you, family is also important to a Blue. You can try to "close" a Blue but it is best if they make the decision by themselves. If you try to tell them about the details, their eyes will glaze over and you will lose them.

On the other hand if you are talking to a Green you must focus on the details you must talk slower and allow them time to think about what you are saying, almost always you will have to have more than one conversation with them before you actually connect with them. Never try to "close" a Green, you will lose them. Blues make up about 15% of the population, Reds make up about 15% of the population, Yellows are about 35% of the population and Greens are about 35% of the population.

So you see that if you try to "close" all of the people you meet, you are reaching 15% of the population and a maybe on an additional15% of the population and you have just eliminated 70% of the population. This technology works and it is a wonderful tool to use when you talk to people because it helps you focus on what their interests are so that you can more quickly "connect" with them so that you can begin to develop a "know, like and trust" relationship.

At Purple Cowboy Marketing we teach you Color Personality Technology, how to develop a "know, like and trust" relationship and a lot of other skills for internet marketing including Veretekk which helps you develop a never ending supply of people to talk to about whatever you are marketing.
